Quick 'n Easy Lunch

Super delicious. Very nutritious. :) Plus, a great way to re-fuel after my 8 mile run this morning!

NNM Challenge:
Red, Orange, Green, Purple, Brown

1 C Spinach
1/3 C Craisins
1 T Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
3 oz Baby Carrots
7 Pretzel Sticks
1 Strawberry Greek Yogurt
Total Calories: 450
