Quick n' Easy Dinner

I guess it's just one of those days where I can't be bothered to actually cook. ;)

This is so easy. All you need to do is place your tilapia on some tin foil (edges turned up to catch any juice) and put the whole thing on cookie sheet.  Heat for 15 minutes or so at 375 and your done!  Added bonus: Tilpaia is contains healthy levels of phosphorus and niacin, plus it's low in sodium.  Great for healthy bones and good circulation! PLUS, it doesn't leave my house smelling fishy.

For those with limited time (like me) or a disdain for cooking, check out Birds Eye Steamfresh Frozen Veggies.  The entire package has only 100 mg of sodium; not bad for a frozen food!  Pop the whole bag into the microwave for five minutes, and you'll have piping hot, non-soggy, flavorful vegetables!

NNM Challenge:
Green, White, Orange
1 Baked Tilapia Fillet
1 Bag of Veggies (Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, and Water Chestnuts)
2 T Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
Total Calories: 350
